Stock /Sales Administrator, Ref. VAC-12516
Full-time Permanent /Fixed Term Contract DOE
We are working with a market leading multi-faceted and diverse business based in Donegal who offer a host of retail services, products and a first class customer experience.
This business has a very established clientele and your remit will be to provide admin and sales admin support to the business, its sales and management staff and its customers.
Key Functions: (include but may not be limited to)
Working on stock files and stocktaking across the business;
Processing of information and follow up on stock orders;
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments in order to ensure adequate stock levels;
The checking and processing of incoming and outgoing deliveries;
Reporting and follow up of any stock shortages or overages;
Accurate and timely handling of stock.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a customer facing environment and possess excellent customer care skills together with a good knowledge of the building industry and associated products.
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role handling stock orders, processing stock and stocktaking. This role will entail stock managements systems and processes and will require you to have excellent computer and MS Office skills;
Ideally we are seeking someone who has worked recently in a similar capacity.
You will be a fluent & articulate English speaker;
Again ideally you will hold a full clean driving licence to include, including category C1;
A knowledge of the construction industry and construction related products would be an advantage.
