NORTH DUBLIN - DEVELOPER
SR / Setting out Engineer.
€65k - €70k + package
3D Personnel’s client is an award winning family owned construction and property developer which operates throughout Ireland. They are seeking to recruit an experienced Site Engineer to be based in the North Dublin area for the next 2 -3 yrs. The successful candidate will be working on a large apartment complex of 400 units. This will be a setting out intensive role and as such the successful candidate needs to be content with this as a large part of their everyday work on a busy site.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 yrs experience in the following:
- Foundations
- Earthworks
- Drainage,
- RC frame buildings,
- Concrete slabs
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking plans, drawings and setting out of all co - ordination;
- Calling off reinforcement and ordering rebar from schedules;
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies of health & safety policy on site;
- Preparing reports as required for senior site manager & project manager;
- Pro - active approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
