3D Personnel are looking for a secretary to be front of house on the new DWP Building being constructed on Kings St, Blackpool.
Potentially 8 months work
39hours per week.
Hourly rate: £15.02
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type and proofread documents for accuracy
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
