Description
We are looking for a proven site manager to oversee the works on a small housing scheme in Angmering, West Sussex. This is a 40 unit scheme of a mixture of 2,3, and 4 bedroom houses along with a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The duration of the project is ongoing with a real possibility of going temp to perm. Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP and will pay a competitive rate.
Desirable experience and qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Must have residential experience
