Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: Reading
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a local building contractor with work across Berkshire & Oxfordshire. This client specialises within the commercial, residential & educational sectors.
Project:
This client has secured several schemes across Berkshire, ranging in values from £1-3M. As a lead Site Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Managing & overseeing the site team
- Controlling & implementing health, safety & environmental issues as well as taking responsibility for risk assessments when necessary
- Managing the development to maintain and deliver its build programme, in accordance with budget
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs & ordering materials when appropriate
