Location: Basingstoke
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a experienced Senior Site Manager / Site Manager (NO2 ) for a large commercial scheme.

This regional main contractor is located within the Berkshire region and operates across Berkshire, Hampshire & some parts of Oxford. This client focuses on schemes ranging from £3 Million to £10 Million in a range of sectors listed below.

Project:
A new project secured & will consist of new build & refurbishment of a £10 Million commercial scheme that will also include retail elements as well.
Responsibilities:
To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme. You will be reporting into a onsite project manager with junior management underneath.
