3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a junior level Site Manager on the South Coast

This regional contractor operates across the South Coast, they have several offices across the Uk & turnover as a group roughly £50 Million a year, this client focuses on project ranging from £500k to £2 Million & they operate in the following sectors
- Education
- Commercial
- MOD
Project:
This contractor has secured two projects, this will include a £500k refurbishment & a £800k extension / new build with some internal upgrades, these projects require a junior manager to work alongside the experienced Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme.
