Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: West Sussex
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for a experienced Site Manager.

This regional main contractor operates across West Sussex, Hampshire & Surrey, the turnover reaches circa £40 Million a year. The client the focus on delivering schemes ranging between £1 Million to £6 Million, this will be through frame work agreements, repeat business & negotiated contracts.
They operate in the following sectors

- Commercial
- Residential ( Private / Social )
- Retail
- Leisure
Project:
This contractor has secured a small development that will consist of 15 new social homes, this will be a timber frame structure & brick façade, this will commence early part of June & will run for just over a year.
Responsibilities:
To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme. You will be reporting into a onsite project manager with junior management underneath.
