3D are currently recruiting for a medium sized main contractor located in Oxfordshire, this client has seen continued growth from key clients which has sparked a opportunity to join a up & coming business.
This client is actively seeking an experienced Site Manager, they have in recent days secured a £1.2 Million refurbishment of a private property on the out skirts of Oxford & also a £750k refurbishment within the commercial sector close to Oxford city centre.
The ideal candidate would have come from a trade background & progressed up the ranks from a site foreman to site management, you would have managed small to medium sized refurbishments or small extensions in the sectors stated below. You would be client facing & must be able conduct you self well in front of senior management and clients. You would have the following tickets – SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Card.
