3D are currently working with a regional Developer on the South Coast, this client has several sites ranging from 40 to 400 units across Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex. Due to expansion plans & securing of several new sites they are looking to strengthen their Management Team.
This client is seeking a Senior Site Manager for a 3 year scheme in near Portsmouth. This project will consist of 2,3,4 bedroom homes, the build is a mixture of traditional and timber frame houses. The ideal candidate would be located on the South Coast, you would have worked for either a large national developer or main contractor on phased residential sites.
This client will be conducting interviews within the next several weeks & looking to secure the right candidate in the next two months.
