Vacancy: Site Manager
Location: Bristol
3D Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager in Bristol to join an Award Winning Developer.
Your new employer:
A Leading developer that specialise in successfully delivering, challenging and exciting residential projects. With over 50 years as experience in this marketplace.
Project:
You will be overseeing the conversion of a commercial unit to 200+ 2-3 bedroom apartments. This also includes the construction of four new residential units and ground floor commercial units.
Responsibilities:
To manage the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Personal characteristics required:
- Self-motivated and conscientious
- 3-5 years’ experience as a minimum working in the Housing Sector
- Experience overseeing heritage projects/ heritage knowledge
- Proven experience successfully delivering high volume residential projects (200 units+)
