We are looking for a Site Manager for a role that we have available in the Bookham area. The Site Manager role is with a renowned house builder who are looking for a candidate to look after 27 units in the Bookham area. Looking for a Site Manager with SMSTS, First Aid and good house building background.
The Site Manager will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and will have an Assistant Site Manager working underneath them on this project. This project is a bespoke homes build in a conservation area so a candidate with high end residential experience would be preferable.
The Site Manager will be responsible for managing work programs, dealing with sub-contractors and chairing meetings with clients and senior colleagues.
Salary and package is negotiable depending on experience.
