Overview of the Site Manager role
⭐ Focused on driving the project through a strong hold on documentation and project deadlines
⭐ Leading the site on BIM through collaborative working between all the disciplines involved in design, construction, maintenance and use of buildings
⭐ Leading the site team with design co-ordination
⭐ Overseeing the procurement processes and requirements
⭐ Leading on O&M and covering off the various documentation delivered and activities carried out
⭐ Leading the site team through your IT Skills and organisation in the site office
⭐ Working alongside the site team (Site Manager and Senior Site Manager to deliver the project
Your key duties as Site Manager
✔ Support a site that is producing Modular build properties
✔ Ensuring quality and NHBC standards
✔ Keep strong control on material levels
✔ Schedule and co-ordinate labour and trades when required
✔ Monitor production costs and the site build programme
✔ Benefit from a proactive site team who will actively support you to deliver the build programme
✔ Work closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer relations
Key experiences you should have as Site Manager
✔ Proven history of delivering a construction programme
✔ Be a great communicator with the ability to lead site teams
✔ Excellent knowledge of the construction process of housebuilding
✔ Find proactive solutions to issues on site utilising the full company support systems
✔ Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on new homeowners’ expectations
