**Site Manager Required**

My client are looking for a Site Manager to be a part of one of their projects in the City of London. It is a CAT A office refurbishment of a 1900's building. Design & build works comprise demolition of existing cores, a single-storey upward extension and refurbishment of basement, ground and six upper floors. This is an extremely constrained and logistically challenging site, with retail units within the ground floor and basement remaining operational throughout the works. To be succesful you'll need good knowledge on internals, refurbishment and cut and carve. This a fantastic opportunity to get a start, with a tier 1 main contractor who are looking to make this into a permanent position after a 6 month period.
£250-280 per day
