Job Title: Civils Works Supervisor/Manager
Location: Hastings with other sites across Sussex & Kent
Duration: Ongoing contract opportunity that could lead to a permanent role.
Rate: £220-250 per day dependent on experience
We are looking for a Civils Works Supervisor/Manager to work for a well-respected regional House Builder on a brand new scheme near Hastings.
You will take on the supervision of the earth & groundworks package, readying the site to commence building works. Works will include excavating ground, deep drainage, foundations, soak a ways and access roadways
Your role will be organising workloads, issuing site permits, overseeing health and safety, site diaries and liaising with management.
You will hold a valid CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid.
