Position: Site Manager
Location: Cork
Salary: €60/65,000 plus bonus plus vehicle
3D Personnel are seeking applications for the position of a Site Manager in Cork for a Housing Project that includes 50 new build units with phase 2 bringing more units.
Our client has a history of completing similar projects in housing to the highest standards. Our client also has a healthy pipeline of projects guaranteed for the next 3 yrs plus.
What you need to have:
• Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 5 Years Construction Management Experience on site.
• Residential Project Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead project teams.
