Site Manager – up to 45k– London
3D Personnel are working with a Principal Contractor to recruit a Site Manager with an emphasis on externals, facades and cladding packages. As an established Principal Contractor our client delivers major schemes through the following key three workstreams:
- Specialist Facades
- Major Works
- Cyclical Repairs & Redecoration
You will take responsibility for ensuring project are completed on time and to the standards expected by the client and as such have a proven track record of successful projects, managing external trades on large £multi-million projects.
Reporting into the Project Manager you will be responsible for all day to day site activity including:
- Management and Supervision of directly employed staff, supply chain and sub-contractors;
- Tool box talks;
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times;
- Material co-ordination;
- Maintaining site diary;
- Dealing with site issues & queries;
- Providing relevant programme & management reports;
- Dealing with client;
The successful candidate will have:
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid at Work
- Background of managing large £multi-million projects
- 3+ experience in a Site Manager role
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Suitable trade apprenticeship / qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft – Word & Excel
- Ability to compile reports
