As a result of the thriving Nottinghamshire Construction Industry we currently require Site Manager with an immediate start.

The project is an accommodation build.

 The building itself is a 12 storey concrete frame with piled foundations. The facade contains traditional brick, curtain walling and cladding. The internal fitout incorporates, 485 ensuite bedrooms and relevant common spaces

Requirements

  • Must Hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS / SSSTS Card
  • Work Well as a team 
  • Be punctual and reliable 
  • PPE
  • HAVE relevant Supervisory experience

Duties

  • responsible for the H&S of the site, managing the day to day activities and personnel whilst ensuring that the programme is maintained
  • Coordinating all works with Site Management team
