3D Personnel currently have the opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work with a well-recognised main contractor based in Oxford.
You will be working on a commercial scheme, overseeing this from start to completion.
You will be the No1 on site, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
The Site Manager will have a range of roles & responsibilities including;
- Managing & overseeing the site team on a day to day basis
- Controlling & implementing health, safety & environmental procedures
- Ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the standard
- Monitoring the use of resources to help minimise costs as well as liaising with sub-contractors
This position is to be offered on a freelance basis to oversee projects from inception to completion.
