You will be responsible for overseeing commercial projects within the following sectors with a value up to £50m+
- Student Accommodation
- Office & Retail
Experience/ Qualifications required:
- RC Frame/ High Rise experience
- Previous experience delivering £20m+ commercial projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
