Site Foreman / Manager wanted for 6 month contract in Dublin to look after a facade which includes natural stone walls. Duties will include:-
- Managing on site staff and trades from a small crew to up to 150 employees
- Checking all materials on site
- Keeping a well-run site which is safe and tidy.
- Building up a close relationship with Architects and Engineers whom I worked with closely on a daily basis
- Dealing with daily issues on site
- Making numerous high level decisions
- Making sure fit outs and finishes are to a high standard and being hands on to if needed to bring project in on time.
- Meeting tight deadlines with contractors and semi state authorities
