Our client is one of the UKs leading construction companies and they are currently recruiting for candidates to be a part of a job in the Egham area.
They are looking for a Site Administrator with a good amount of experience in document control and working with quality control software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining documents on site including creating, filing and storage.
- Distribute documents via email to internal and external parties.
- Monitor the site email account.
- Taking minutes in meetings.
- Coordinate meetings and make sure there are rooms available and all attendees can make it.
- Other general ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Strong I.T. knowledge, including quality control software.
- Good experience in document control.
- Efficient and able to multitask various jobs.
- Able to work in a highly confidential environment.
- Be approachable, friendly and enthusiastic.
Day rate is negotiable depending on experience.
