Job Title: Senior Site Manager - Residential

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits
About the role
Our client is one of the UK's leading residential developers, delivering quality homes across the UK. They are moving on to a new phase in Reading and seek a Senior Site Manager.
As Senior Site Manager you will report to the Project Manager, driving the project through from early groundworks to completion. You'll have a proven background in house building, able to lead and motivate teams, have a strong awareness of programming, an eye for detail along with strong commercial sckills. The opportunity to progress to Project Manager is very realistic for the right individual.
