Our client is a specialist house builder with an extensive portfolio of live projects across the South of England.
They are currently looking for a Senior Site Manager for a role that they have available on a residential project in the Leatherhead area.
Project:
The successful candidate will be working on a residential project consisting of two apartment blocks as well as a collection of 2/3/4 bedroom houses.
Skills/requirements:
- Good design knowledge to deal with complex structures
- Experience working on a conservation area
- Good client facing skills when dealing with the client and local council
- Experience of high end residential projects
- Good internals/finishing experience
- 7+ years experience as a Site Manager with a high end housing contractor or private developer
- SMSTS
- Trade background preferable but not essential
Role comes with excellent salary and package with the progressive and well established contractor.
