3D Personnel are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our busy office in London. You will be working on a busy desk recruiting for the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors on a Permanent Desk.
Background of a Recruitment Consultant:
The successful applicant will come from a recruiting background and will have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional results in recruitment.
The role:
Developing and managing existing client relationships
Contacting new clients to secure business growth.
Effective negotiation to maximize revenue opportunities.
Developing an impressive candidate base through local and new markets.
Adopting a consultative approach with both clients and candidates.
