This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business that is experiencing exceptional growth. They are seeking a Senior QS who has steel experience and a keen eye for detail to join their growing team. Our client is an expert in steel fabrication and they are made up of 5 key divisions, all with their own area of expertise with an annual turnover of £12M as a business.
You will:
- Be responsible for engaging and managing supply chain
- Understand and conform with contractual and technical requirements (produce BoQ)
- Play a key role in bringing payment into the company – preparing, submitting and negotiation applications for payment
- Work alongside Operational Team to analyse quotations
Experience required:
- You must have experience within steel works
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the construction process with experience within the steel industry
