3D are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for a prestigious housing scheme in South London. This contractor will provide 500 new homes to the local community, this will be mixed from sales, rental & absorbable housing.
This high profile scheme will be a mixture of 12 / 19 / 21 storey apartment blocks & will run for over two & half years, this scheme is currently valued circa £70 Million & as the lead manager you will have full responsibility of this project & the site team.
The ideal candidate would be located around Surrey / South London & has the capability to deliver schemes circa £70 Million, you would also have knowledge managing high rise apartments & RC Frame experinece. This posistion you would have worked as either a project Director / Contracts Manager / Project Manager for either a national developer or main contractor on similar sized schemes.
