Senior Engineer
3D Personnel’s client is an award winning construction and property developer which operates throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe.
3DPersonnel’s client is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Engineer to be based in the North Dublin. The successful candidate will be working on a residential site of 400 units.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 yrs experience be experienced in Design and Build Construction in the following packages:
- RC Frame
- Foundations
- Earthworks
- Drainage
- Concrete slabs
- All site development works
Main Responsibilities:
- Checking plans, drawings and supervision of setting out co - ordination;
- Calling off reinforcement and ordering rebar from schedules;
- Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- Overseeing quality control and the implementation of the companies of health & safety policy on site;
- Preparing reports as required for senior site manager & project manager;
- Pro - active approach to resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
