Our client is a Tier 1 construction company who have operations across the UK in a number of construction sectors.
They are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis on a role that they have in the London area.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the profitability of the project from inception to completion.
- Negotiating of the subcontractor packages and variation costs.
- Establishing the client and team communication.
- Working closely with technical management team prior and during construction.
- Managing a team of quantity surveyors while reporting into project commercial lead.
- Providing risk management and procurement.
- Managing of the supply chain.
Qualifications:
- A degree qualification in related subject or equivalent is preferred.
- Professional memberships of a relevant professional body or working towards membership is an advantage
