Traditionally known for supplying Professional and Technical, Trades and Labour and Operatives to the Construction sector. We now work across all sectors to cater for our clients ever-changing Recruitment needs.
Our client is a rapidly expanding and innovative organisation with several sites across the U.K. and Ireland the organisation has recently experienced an unprecedented surge in demand for their products and services. As a result of this growth, they wish to appoint a commercially savvy Business Development professional with a proven track record in developing and managing successful Sales strategies to further increase their revenue streams and geographical footprint.
Job Profile/Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Business Development
International Sales
Writing effective sales strategies and working with stakeholders to manage same
Identify new business opportunities and pursue these
Represent the company at industry trade shows and actively participating in networking events to increase company and brand awareness
Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the company
Draw up effective KPIs, targets and assume full P&L responsibility
Source and appoint key talent to further augment the sales team
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales & Business Development at senior level
A degree in Business, Marketing or I.T.
Outstanding technical acumen with first class presentation skills
The ability to manage teams effectively to achieve targets and grow market share
Full proficient in I.T. (Microsoft Office)
A confident multi-tasker with the ability to manage several projects at once
