Our client is a rapidly expanding and innovative organisation with several sites across the U.K. and Ireland the organisation has recently experienced an unprecedented surge in demand for their products and services. As a result of this growth, they wish to appoint a commercially savvy Sales Executive

The Role:
What We Are Looking for:
Sales Executives are responsible for generating revenue (exceeding targets) with small to mid-size companies.
Our Sales Executives are expected to acquire new customers through online and face to face product demonstrations. You will help prospective customers understand the importance of embracing the digital revolution, you will be expected to win their confidence and their business by uncovering their current business pains positioning our client as the ultimate solution.
Your leads will be a mixture of those generated from our own strategic marketing, these leads will have been qualified as marketers seeking guidance with their online marketing and digital strategy. You will also be expected to generate leads through your own prospecting, you will be expected to keep your pipeline refreshed and full to ensure you deliver your end sales target.

Essential:
Evidence that you have consistently been a Top Producer in a sales role
Previous success in sales prospecting & lead generation.
You are comfortable with a hybrid sales environment - selling over the phone, face to face meetings, webinars & trade show events.
You should have:
Experience within a sales team that produces and exceeds their goals consistently
Strong listening skills and be coachable
Superior communications skills
Exceptional CLOSING skills
A sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them
Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
A willingness to be part of an exciting mission
