Our Client:
Our client a fast growing MEP building services design consultancy based in Co Donegal, are looking for a CAD / Revit technician to join the team working on residential, commercial and various other projects across the UK and Ireland. This client is ISO:9001-2015 standard, accredited demonstrating their commitment to delivering a first class service to all clients.
Key Duties: (include but may not be limited to)
Liaising directly with engineering team to ensure we meet client needs and projects are delivered on programme.
Issuing drawings.
Externally you will be required to liaise with Clients, Architects and Contractors, maintaining good business relationships with all members of the team.
Modelling/ co-ordinating Mechanical and Electrical services within risers and corridors in Revit. Modelling/ co-ordinating plant rooms in Revit.
Creating Revit families as required.
Setting up Revit drawing sheets
Experience/Qualifications/Requirements:
Multi-disciplined (Mechanical & Electrical).
3+ years' Full Time MEP Revit/CAD experience
Minimum 1 years' experience in similar multi-discipline role within building services.
