Our client based in Donegal are a very successful and well known business with over 20 years pedigree. They now have a vacancy for a Retail Manager to join and lead their team.
Role Profile:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the everyday management of the premises and be involved in every aspect of the business. This is a very hands on role and you will need to be able to carry out the management of the retail outlet whilst delivering exceptional standard of service to customers.
The job will entail working closely with the General Manager and you will be responsible for setting targets, standards and set in place a programme for customer service growth, staff training, motivation and contentment, pride and a relaxed work environment. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
Ideally you will have 2-3 Years’ experience as a Retail Manager within the tyre business and a further 2-3 years within the tyre business possibly as a Fitter.
You should have excellent knowledge and experience working with all machines used in the industry including tyre changing machines, balancers, wheel alignment machines etc.;
You will be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service, Communication, Organisation, Training and Computer Skills.
Additional Info:
Hours are 9AM-6PM and you will be required to work Saturdays;
Competitive Salary dependent on experience and qualifications;
Bonus Scheme based on performance;
