3D Personnel are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator for its Construction Trades & Labour business to join and support its established team on the Hagley Road in Birmingham City Centre.

Previous & proven resourcing & administration experience is required and ideally knowledge of the construction industry, however this is not essential. Applicants will need to be organised, driven, enthusiastic, adaptable, able to work at a fast pace and most importantly have first class admin, verbal & written communication skills. Will also require to have good knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Main day to day duties involve:

  • Calling potential candidates to assess their current work situation and completing interview notes.
  • Processing candidate & client information on to companies database.
  • Checking candidates Right to work, I.D, industry qualifications etc.
  • Advertising current and future job vacancies via internet job boards.
  • Scanning of documents.

Monday – Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm including lunch break.

This is not a sales role, however training may be given with the opportunity to progress your career in this area for the company, if you so wish.
