We have experienced exceptional growth in the last 12 months and are looking for exceptional candidates to join our fast paced business and look after and advise our clients in the region.
Successful candidates will be able to take full advantage of our well established database and will inherite a hot desk of clients which will allow you start billing immediateally!!
The successful candidate will:
Have previous Sales experience in any sector
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Have strong organisational skills
Be a team player
Have excellent attention to detail
Be energetic and driven
The Role:
Meet with existing clients to maintain our current relationships and develop further
Contact new clients and develop new recruitment opportunities
Understand our clients’ needs and expectations and deliver on both
Ensure correct job specifications are obtained from client
Ensure suitable candidates are provided to the client and follow through to interview stage and job offer
The Rewards:
A very competitive base salary
£30,000 Plus depending on experience
An uncapped commission structure
