3DPersonnel are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic Recruitment Consultants to join our busy office in London. You will be inheriting a busy desk recruiting for the Construction and Civil Engineering sectors on a permanent basis.
Background of a Recruitment Consultant:
The successful applicant will come from a recruiting background or outbound telesales environment or similar sales focused role and will have a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional results either in recruitment or business to business sales.
Developing and managing existing client relationships
Contacting new clients to secure business growth.
Effective negotiation to maximize revenue opportunities.
Developing an impressive candidate base through local and new markets.
Adopting a consultative approach with both clients and candidates.
Uncapped commission structure that rewards determination and hard work
