3D Personnel are a recruitment company with office based around the UK, Northern Ireland & Ireland.

We specialise in providing temporary and permanent candidates to the construction industry.

Currently we are looking to grow our West Midlands location with sales and administration staff to complement the existing consultants.

The role of administrator is vital to a business such as ours. This frees up the sales staff to be more engaged in their primary role of winning and developing business.

We operate Monday to Friday and the working hours would be 8am till 5pm.

The Role.

As an administrator you would be working closely with the consultants in several different ways. 

Examples of this are:

Inputting information on to an internal PC database.

Using Microsoft office for email, word and excel.

Making and taking telephone calls.

Communication internally and externally via email and telephone.

Scanning and printing documents.

Secure filing of information in, line with current GDPR legislation.

The above examples are the main day to day duties, however other needs may arise due to the nature of the dynamic industry and also the needs of the business.

To effectively carry out administration here at 3D, several key skills are needed for this role:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Good IT skills especially on MS Office.

Attention to detail

Adaptability and flexibility to meet the challenges that can arise throughout the day. Whilst the office work as a team there will be times you are working alone and dealing with situations that require fast response.

*Two very important skills/qualities we are looking for, are Self motivation and having a positive attitude! 

This role can be the start of a career with opportunity to progress to other roles within the business, such as recruitment consultant, labour manager for example. That will come with time and quality experience.

This role can also suit an individual who aspires to be an excellent administrator, who is a incredibly valuable to helping the business achieve it goals.
