Our client specializes in innovative and user-friendly car park design.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with good groundworks/concrete experience to join their team for a permanent role that they have in Birmingham, however the role will also require you to be split between Solihull and Wolverhampton.
Roles:
- Carry out the estimating, cost control and tracking of the installation works on site.
- Experience in the preparation of compensation events
- Proven ability to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Track and manage contracts and associated budgets.
- Prepare variations, claims and generating reports.
- Preparing and agreeing final accounts.
Requirements:
- 2 Years’ experience
- Concrete/Groundworks experience is preferred
- CSCS
