Project Details:
This project will be a refurbishment of an old commercial building into a luxury hotel. This will include 90 to 100 bedrooms with a new gymnasium and an underground carpark.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the cost plans & cost management of the project from the beginning to completion. You will manage the day to day responsibilities for the Assistant Quantity Surveyors as well as carrying out valuations.
Requirements:
The right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Quantity Surveying.
