Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in industrial and new build projects? Join a dynamic construction partner renowned for their rapid growth, boasting a £100m turnover and a stellar reputation for efficient, sustainable project delivery. With projects ranging from £500K to £30m, they cater to major clients in the industrial, commercial, retail, and logistics sectors.
You would be joining a main contractor with a robust pipeline of exciting opportunities. Over the next year, they have approximately eight projects pending around the M4, M3, M25, and M40. Their proactive approach and strong network has earned them repeat business and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy procurement within new projects
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Generally only looking after one project at a time
- Travel from H/O to sites when required
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial projects and new build experience
- Proven experience working in fast pace environments with strong procurement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Someone who is willing to make decisions and use their initiative
- Seeking candidates who are interpersonal, and who works well within a team
