An opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a niche developer with a vision to create stunning, individual properties for discerning buyers in the south east of England has arisen.
Established for over 30 years, this developer deliver bespoke developments across Hampshire, Sussex and Kent. Their established supply chain of sub-contractors is well respected, so there will be no requirement to ‘bash the subbie’ when it comes to valuations and payments. Schemes typically range in size from one off bespoke builds, to developments of circa 10-40 units. Because quality is central, build programmes are realistic.
Your experience in the residential housebuilding sector, either high or low volume, a positive can do attitude to keeping a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships, along with a track record of making sure that the financial position of projects is accurately reported and controlled will be rewarded with an attractive salary and benefits package.
