Overview
Our client is a national Building & Civils main contractor operating in various sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, retail, sports venues, transport infrastructure, environmental, marine, commercial, residential and leisure.

A Quality Manager is required to plan, implement and monitor all quality and compliance matters initially on a £150m building & marine infrastructure project on the Thames in Essex. Responsibilities include:
- Implement and monitor a robust and effective quality system plan throughout all phases of the project
- Setting up quality policies and objectives that are clear and measurable
- Setting requirement standards (ISO accreditations etc.) and maintaining other statutory and legal requirements
- Once a quality plan is established create procedures which enable the project team to achieve the schemes objectives.
- Using ViewPoint & Fieldview, control of documents and records, internal quality audits, control of non-conformances and CAPA (corrective and preventative actions)
Applicants should have a background with a UK based main contractor in civil and building related projects. You will ideally have knowledge of FieldView & ViewPoint though this is not essential.
