Positon:- Project Manager - Developer (Head Office based)
Location:- Dublin
Salary:- €70K - €80K + package
3D Personnel have exclusively partnered with a renowned Developer with a full programme of works over the next 10 years. This company have one of the most reputable names in the industry. The business has operated across multiple sectors including commercial, hotel and residential.
Due to continuous expansion based on an increased workload they are currently recruiting for the following.
Project Manager
This is an office based role and initially will be very focused on Design Planning, Design review and Design Coordination before moving on to other Project Management duties as the project(s) progresses.
Criteria for the positon:-
- The successful person will be someone from an onsite project delivery background.
- Must be Structural, Construction or Civil Engineering Degree qualified.
- Previous experience of working as a site engineer with proven career progression to senior engineer and upwards, having at least 10 years’ experience in total.
- Have managed/coordinated design process and or teams.
- Have Package Manager or Project Manager Experience.
- Familiar with pre-construction processes and functions.
- Interested in an office based PM role tracking multiple work strands and managing consultants.
- The successful person must be very computer literate and keen to pick up new skills.
