Vacancy: Project Manager – Developer

3D Personnel’s client is an Irish Builder / Developer who has earned an excellent reputation for delivering projects to a very high standard. They are currently seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to be based in the North Dublin area. The successful candidate will have a proven record of experience in working with medium – large contractors or similar developers who self-perform their projects.
Your Duties / Candidature requirements
- Management of the Project Budget and Contract Administration in conjunction with the Project Quantity Surveyor; Management of the Project Programme
- Liaison with Planning/Development Team to ensure project value-engineered during the Pre-Construction Stage
- Establish performance and delivery criteria ensuring that client requirements are met
- Project Management of large scale multi-contract residential / mixed-use developments reporting to the Construction Director
- Ensure compliance with project specification
- Ensure compliance with company project procedures and processes
- Maintain project information (project controls)
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors
- To manage and drive a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlines
- Monitor Procurement/Safety/Costs etc.
- Liaising with the design team & client
- Degree in an engineering discipline or qualified in a trade background
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a project manager with a main contractor or developer
- Experience with MS Project or Primevera
- Positive, optimistic attitude
- Flexibility to work on different sites/projects
- Experience managing client relationships
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
