Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth
3D Personnel are hiring on behalf of a highly successful and well established contractor, working throughout Ireland. They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their upcoming projects in Co. Louth.
The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to develop their career, as well as gain additional skills while being a part of a hard-working, expanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of the project;
- Ensuring compliance with company project procedures and processes;
- Planning of resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors;
- Managing a large team to meet all project requirements and deadlines;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change;
- Striving to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the team;
- 5+ years building experience, preferably with established contractors;
- Highly-motivated person with excellent client relationship skills;
- Great managerial and administrative skills;
- RC frame building experience is necessary.
