This client is seeking a experienced Project Manager /Senior Site Manager for a development near Guildford, this will consist of 30 new homes ranging from 3,4,5 bedroom homes, this is a traditional build contract & will start in July.
This candidate would have worked either a national or local house builder, you would be ideally located around west Sussex / Surrey & willling to travel up to a hour.
