3D are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a medium sized high spec developer in West London, in recent weeks this business has secured several projects across West London.
This client has operated within the high end housing market for over a decade & is continuing to grow year on year. Due to growth within key sectors & key clients they have a very exciting opportunity for a project manager to grow with the business & deliver some on the most prestigious housing projects in the UK market.
This developer has secured a £6.5 Million refurbishment of a single property over five storeys high with a basement, this will include new gym, swimming pool, several bedrooms with en-suites. The other scheme will be a £3 Million new build house, will compromise of a traditional build with a complex layout & specialist roofing / rendering.
These schemes will kick off in the next two months & requires a experienced Project Manager to deliver either of the Two schemes mentioned. The ideal candidate would be located around West London, Surrey & the Berkshire region & willing to travel, You would have also delivered similar schemes either for a main contractor or a large developer.
