3D are currently working with an established main contractor with a regional office on the South Coast, this client has agreed a deal to supply new student accommodation in Brighton.
This scheme is a new + £30 Million project in the centre of Brighton, this scheme is a new 800 bed accommodation & will also provide new gym facilities, retail units & large multi storey car park. This project will be mixed from three to seven storey blocks.
The right candidate would be ideally located within 1 hour drive of Brighton & has experience delivering as a lead projects circa of £20 Million. You would have either worked for a Tier one or large regional main contractor as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Ops Manager.
This client is currently conducting interviews & looking to secure the right candidate by May / June
