Our client is now one of Ireland's leading and most progressive building and civil engineering companies, they undertake projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
They are looking for a Project manager with a strong civils background to start on a permanent role they have in the London area.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Able to provide accurate forecasts and execute projects in line with budget.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and deliver results
- Fluent with MS Excel and MS Projects
- Drive and the ability to engage with people
- Ability to report and present
- A flexible attitude to work
Requirements:
- Undergrad degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Full understanding of current Health & Safety Legislation
- Commercial and contractual awareness
