Our client is a market leader in the interior fit out sector for Ireland, the UK and abroad.
They are looking for a Project Manager coming from a Senior Engineer background with large main contractor experience to start on a permanent basis in the London area.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the divisional director and pre-construction director to help with tenders and proposals
- Ability to lead bid team and conversion to contract
- Plan Skill requirements for assigned projects to select employees
- Direct timely, quality and cost efficient set up for all projects]’be fully responsible for all H&S for the project with the H&S team
- To report deliver accurate and timely reports on the project to senior staff
- Ensure that project is delivered to specified quality and ahead of programme whilst working within agreed budgets
- Working on large internal fit out projects
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree or equivalent construction based qualification
- Main contractor experience
- Senior/Project Engineer background
